💳 Payment Terms
Approved Accounts:
Payment due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
New accounts: Full payment required at order placement.
Credit offered after 3 positive pro-forma payments and a credit check.
Credit can be withdrawn at any time.
Pro Forma Accounts:
Payment is required immediately upon order placement.
Production begins only after full payment.
Late payment may delay delivery.
📦 Ownership & Risk
Risk transfers to you upon delivery.
Goods remain our property until full payment is received.
Unpaid goods must be stored separately and marked as our property.
We reserve the right to enter premises to retrieve unpaid goods.
🎪 Products
Product details and designs may change without notice.
We are not liable for descriptive errors or colour mismatches.
You are responsible for correct logos, measurements, and permissions.
You indemnify us for unauthorised use of any third-party logos.
📅 Quotations & Contracts
Prices may be adjusted due to law, taxes, or material cost changes.
All quotes are valid at the time of issue and subject to stock availability.
💸 Prices
All prices exclude VAT unless stated.
Website prices are indicative; final prices confirmed upon artwork approval.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel mis-priced orders.
⏱️ Delivery & Lead Times
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Special delivery requests may incur extra charges.
Average lead time: up to 5 working days.
📊 Quantity Variations
Delivered quantity may vary by +/-10%.
You will be charged for the actual quantity delivered.
🚫 Claims
Damage or delivery claims must be made within 48 hours.
Quality or quantity complaints must be raised within 5 days.
Goods must be inspected at delivery.
⚠️ Liability
We are not responsible for indirect losses or profits.
Our total liability is capped at the value of the contract.
Failure to notify us of problems means goods are accepted.
🗙️ Cancellation Charges
Cancelled orders incur charges for completed work.
Fees include artwork, admin, shipping, and restocking costs.
Minimum charge: £49.95 or 5% of order value over £1000.
🍼 Hygiene-Sensitive Goods
No returns on plain stock for hygiene-related goods (PPE, food, drinkware).
❗ Outstanding Payments
No delivery for accounts overdue by 14+ days.
Interest charged at 5% above base rate, calculated daily.
Legal and collection fees may be charged.
🎨 Artwork & Printing
Charges apply unless otherwise stated.
Custom print prices quoted upon artwork review.
Print position may vary by up to 5mm.
✏️ Artwork Changes
We may adjust or redraw artwork for printing.
No print starts until you approve final artwork via email.
You are responsible for any errors post-approval.
💨 Colour Variations
Exact pantone/CMYK colour matches are not guaranteed.
Closest match will be used if no specific colour code is provided.
❌ Returns & Cancellations
Printed goods are non-returnable.
All returns must be pre-approved in writing.
⛈️ Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, weather, customs).
🌐 International Orders
Reputable carriers used for international delivery.
Import charges may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
We assist where possible but local resolution may be required.
Using your own courier shifts responsibility to you.
📄 Supplier Warranties
Products are sold with supplier warranties where applicable.

Product listings are not offers to sell.
Orders are reviewed before acceptance.
